第九十八条 询问笔录应当交被询问人核对；对没有阅读能力的，应当向其宣读。记载有遗漏或者差错的，被询问人可以提出补充或者更正。被询问人确认笔录无误后，应当签名、盖章或者按指印，询问的人民警察也应当在笔录上签名。
仲裁员有被开除公职、吊销律师执业证书或者被撤销高级职称等不再具备担任仲裁员条件情形的，仲裁机构应当将其除名。
